Description: Janus Healthcare is currently seeking a take-charge, highly-driven sales professional to deliver new business sales efforts for our healthcare product and service lines. Successful candidates will have a proven track record selling to healthcare Payers and large Health Systems in the Northeastern US. The selected individual will be expected to work independently to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values entrepreneurial thinking. This position will be located in the Northeastern U.S.. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the Company's regional sales objectives and achieving annual sales goals while remaining consistent with Janus corporate policies, procedures, and philosophies; developing and implementing strategic sales plans to effectively manage assigned territory; be experienced in new business development while placing the highest priority on providing quality customer service both internally and with clients; proactively overseeing the activities involved in quality resolution of high-level client problems; and provide team leadership for all client-facing personnel.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in a similar position.

•Minimum seven years of successful sales experience with Payers and/or large Health Systems (250+ beds).

•Must have familiarity with and knowledge of the issues currently impacting Payers and Providers.

•Experience selling SaaS software into the healthcare enterprise is required. RCM sales experience is required. Knowledge and Experience selling outsourced services such as consulting, business process outsourcing (BPO), or IT services is a plus.

•50%-75% travel will be required.

Description: Janus Healthcare is currently seeking dynamic call center professionals to assist patients in resolving their hospital account balances. Our staff of professionals will investigate various options with patients to assist in settling their accounts. We will follow-up on the patient's insurance denials, consider them for charity write-offs, and schedule payment arrangements. This is a call-center position. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and negotiating skills. Healthcare call center experience, patient accounting and/or collections experience is helpful.

A high school diploma is required.
